Life runs on a simple Myntra "Change is the only thing that's constant, be with it or be gone !"

I love these changes after all they are for our convenience only. Like I am a kid from 90's, I started shopping clothes from tailors shop, then slowly moved to the shop in market, then moved forward to malls, then to high end brand stores, then to designer collections and I am still pacing up. I am not going to stop here. All the progress I talked about above have one thing in common which for me and probably for most of you is a serious issue and that's "Time for shopping" which includes locating the store, driving to it(through dirty traffic), searching for your wished one, trying it and again long wait in checkout lane, travelling back, damm ! It’s like if I want a pair of jeans I have to spend at-least 3-4 hrs. Sorry, this ain't gonna work.

Should we be worried? No, not at all! We all have Thor's Hammer in our hand or pocket which we call as "Mobile". It’s a wonderful tool which has the power of lighting (not literally); it can make your dreams come true in a click.

Seriously Guys practically saying I am a software engineer and a fashion blogger too. I don't have time to spend in malls hunting for latest trend's outfits and when I'm in front of my system I have a coffee in my hand and I code, can't do shopping there as well.

So the best time for me to go shopping is when I am travelling, sitting in my office bus or cab, headphones on, light music playing and I am titillating my Thor's Hammer, my Mobile. Searching for latest trends, selecting my dreamed one, comparing it with few others, enjoying the bargaining session with seller in quite different way by applying discount coupons ;-). Home delivery, easy returns if needed. That's why I say "My wardrobe is in My Hands". From caps to boots, T's, belt, jeans, chinos, shorts, shades, shirts, suits, ties, bags you name it, you have it. Simply perfect, for Guys like me who are always in hurry but also want to be on top of Style world, and surprisingly most of you are like me.

Necessity is the mother of invention and at present, the time demands us to go mobile and on the other hand Fashion is heart of modern civilization, so what we need is Fashion on the go! And so Mobile Shopping is the new In.

Any time anywhere, need of the moment or greed of the moment, doesn't matter just use your mobile and you have it.

Friendship, just Google this word and you will get hundreds of quotes, thousands of examples but there is no match for one Jodi(two friends) who are remembered till now and will be for generations for their remarkable and outstanding friendship, I am talking about none other than "Jai and Veeru".

I am not going to talk about "Sholey" here and that's because I have a thrilling, romantic, fun-filled real life story of my own. Starring Veeru, Jai and Basanti.

Basanti. Sorry Basanti has not made an entry yet as its just the beginning of our story. So coming back to the heroes of our story.

Veeru : Breifly described as the one who is funky, smart, stylish in short he is a Hunk and is very particular about his dress-up.

Flying Machine is one stop solution for all his needs and greed for being handsome and stylish. So, what I chose today from Flying Machine store at GIP mall, Noida is a navy blue shirt with light print of white dots, a white Tee and blue rugged denim.

A proper look for Boys Day Out. Why I said so ?

Let me give you the detailing of the look.

First comes the Shirt : A pleasant color with eye catching pattern. So it has caught every Girls eye , now its time for the twist which is the way I wore it; Open with white body-hugging Tee, showing off my broad chest. Mark it guys, Girls go crazy for Men with broad Chest !

Then comes parallel jeans which compliments my broad physique and its rugged so is making a point that this Dude is a bachelor and is ready to Rock and Roll !

So, Veeru played his part well and knocked out many girls in the Mall with his killer looks and attitude.

But where did the shy and sophisticated Jai went ? Guys don't get in impression that shy guys miss any fun, actually being shy many times works as a trump card. You just need to use it at right time.

With such stunning looks we did hunted down a lot of hot eyes. But that's not all, the shooters also got shot down with the entry of Basanti in our life. The sweet story of two friends is about to get spiced up. Stay tuned as there is more to come up with flying machine.

If you believe in God then praise yourself because he resides in You. Every holy book says the power of your God is directly proportional to your prayers, the more you pray and show faith in him the more stronger and gracious he becomes.

So what should I do burn a candle in front of mirror ? Hell No ! The correct way to praise the lord within you is by giving him a strong and healthy body to be in.

And so I say "Gym is where I praise My Lord". We humans are Gods greatest creations and so we must respect this form this body that almighty blessed us with. You have thousands of options to start with, what I chose is Gyming. A superb way to be in shape, stay strong and look sexy.

But guys, there is always a way to proceed with, don't just go and start lifting weights. Know and understand your physique, health, strengths and weaknesses first.

Today I will tell you few points which are very important and are most of the times ignored while Gyming.

1. Punctuality : Must for each and every one of you. Proper gyming is a kind of austerity, not easy but results are always outstanding. So never miss a day.

2. Warm up and Cool down : Maintaining your body temperature is really important. Whenever you start exercising , start with stretching and light exercises to warm up your complete body. Never lift weights on the very first go, as you may end with ruptured muscles. After you are done with exercises give complete time to your body to relax, stretching floor exercises are best way to end with.

3. Division of Exercises as per Days : Always concentrate on one body part at a time and by part I mean Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Legs, Back, Abs etc.

4. Motivation : A point very different from others but a very important one because practically speaking its quite easy to start but very difficult to keep going. You have to keep motivating yourself. You wont be getting results as soon as you start so be patient and motivate yourself.

Seems like now you guys are motivated enough so lets meet at the Gym ;-)
