Whisky or Whiskey ,what's correct ? This has been the point of debate of decades. Experts have gone to the very roots of the drink to find it out. From its origin, to distillation process, to the country its made in, there is not even a single stone has not been turned. But is it that difficult ? For me the dilemma gets easily solved whenever I sit with my friends and Friend of all : Jack Daniel's.

Oh Yehh !!! Jack Daniel's is a Whiskey though the actual reason is its origin which is America but for me the reason is the word "Key" which unlocks the heart of every one who is enjoying it together.
To take this joy beyond limits "Friend Of Jack" program has been launched in India !

Well there were many more such mysteries related to Jack Daniel's which got solved by Mr. Chris Fletcher himself, like the story behind such a unique name "Old No. 7", reason behind having only one distillery in Lynchburg etc.

Here I am with Mr. Chris Fletcher : Assistant Master Distiller at Jack Daniel Distillery, the one expert you must know if you love Whiskey.

So now lets just get to what all happened and what secrets were revealed at Jack Daniel's Master Class.

We started with tasting session, the three glass shown above had the three most famous variety of Jack Daniel's. First from left is Gentleman's Jack then Old No.7 and Silver Select single barrel.

The best way suggested to taste a whiskey is to have it on tip of your tongue it will spread out through the whole mouth giving you the exact feel of the malt. In short if I conclude the taste, Gentleman Jack was too smooth(reason : it is charcoal mellowed twice) and it is full bodied with fruit and spices which gives it a silky, warm and pleasant taste.

Jack Daniel's Silver Select comes from hand selected barrels and is one-of-a-kind flavor, the taste is robust with notes of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel.

Old No. 7, the iconic and original whiskey of the distillery, loved by millions all over the world for its round and balanced flavor.

Now lets go through some of the facts related with Jack Daniel's :

1. Jack Daniel's is dripped slowly, drop-by-drop, through ten feet of firmly packed charcoal before going into new charred oak barrels for maturing

2. The charcoal used is produced by Jack Daniel's themselves to ensure that the actual flavor remains preserved and is unaffected of charcoal carbon.

3. In-fact the fuel used to light the charcoal is Jack Daniel's whiskey it self.

4. This special step of charcoal mellowing makes Jack Daniel's a Tennessee Whiskey and renders it a rare smoothness.

Jack Daniel’s is one of the world’s most popular brands with a unique production process, carefully kept consistent for over 140 years at a single distillery in Lynchburg in United States. The American Whiskey category has seen a growth rate of over 20% in the last decade in India, with Jack Daniel’s leading this growth.

If you believe in God then praise yourself because he resides in You. Every holy book says the power of your God is directly proportional to your prayers, the more you pray and show faith in him the more stronger and gracious he becomes.

So what should I do burn a candle in front of mirror ? Hell No ! The correct way to praise the lord within you is by giving him a strong and healthy body to be in.

And so I say "Gym is where I praise My Lord". We humans are Gods greatest creations and so we must respect this form this body that almighty blessed us with. You have thousands of options to start with, what I chose is Gyming. A superb way to be in shape, stay strong and look sexy.

But guys, there is always a way to proceed with, don't just go and start lifting weights. Know and understand your physique, health, strengths and weaknesses first.

Today I will tell you few points which are very important and are most of the times ignored while Gyming.

1. Punctuality : Must for each and every one of you. Proper gyming is a kind of austerity, not easy but results are always outstanding. So never miss a day.

2. Warm up and Cool down : Maintaining your body temperature is really important. Whenever you start exercising , start with stretching and light exercises to warm up your complete body. Never lift weights on the very first go, as you may end with ruptured muscles. After you are done with exercises give complete time to your body to relax, stretching floor exercises are best way to end with.

3. Division of Exercises as per Days : Always concentrate on one body part at a time and by part I mean Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Legs, Back, Abs etc.

4. Motivation : A point very different from others but a very important one because practically speaking its quite easy to start but very difficult to keep going. You have to keep motivating yourself. You wont be getting results as soon as you start so be patient and motivate yourself.

Seems like now you guys are motivated enough so lets meet at the Gym ;-)

Ice-cream! We love it but what's important is our girlfriends love it more than we do and that's what turns ice-cream into more of a blessing. Whatever the situation is ice-creams help us to make it up for her.

Just by buying an ice cream for her we gets our deal settled, then imagine what will happen when you will present her an ice cream dish whose recipe is given my the Master Chef Kunal Kapoor.

Hold the wings of your imagination for a while guys and let me first introduce you to Magnum : an ice cream recognized as a symbol of royal treatment and remarkable pleasure. Made from pure Belgian chocolate with minimum 35% of coco - one of the highest in the world, making it irresistibly yummy and chocolaty.

Recently I got invitation for the Magnum Masterclass by Chef Kunal Kapoor and I was like Wow this is going to be really interesting and scrumptious. At the starting Chef asked us to try three different types of Belgian chocolates -white, milk & dark. All three were different according to the content of coco in them, the higher the concentration the darker and bitter it goes. Keeping that in mind Magnum has launched 3 falvours

1. Classic Magnum made of vanilla ice-cream and dark chocolate.

2. Magnum Truffle made of milk and dark chocolate.

3. Magnum Almond made of vanilla ice-cream, milk chocolate and almonds.

Perfect combinations to make your taste buds go wild.

So guys this is the time to awake the Sexy Cook in you and prepare a tantalizing dishes for your loved one whose recipe is given by Chef Kunal Kapoor.

Magnum Falooda

(Magnum paired with Flavored Falooda)

Ingredients:

Magnum-2 no

Falooda-250 gms

Sabza(basil seeds)-2 tbsp

Rosewater-few Drops

Kewra water-few drops

Rabri-1/2 cups

Sugar syrup-1 tbsp

Saffron-few drops

Gold warp-1 leaf

Method:

*Soak the sabza in a cup of water for 15 min. Add saffron to rabri and keep aside

*Break the magnum on the plate. Pile one piece on top of the other. Now drizzle sugar syrup on the falooda and place the falooda on the magnum.

*Drizzle drained subza seeds on the magnum. Sprinkle rose and kewra water. Pour some rabri and garnish with gold warq,serve immediately.

Magnum on Fire

(Magnum covered in meringue and torched)

Ingredients:

Egg Whites-30gms

Icing Sugar-60gms

Lemon juice-few drops

Magnum-1 no

silver warq-1no

Method:

*To make meringue whisk egg whites and add few drops of lemon juice. Now slowly add the icing sugar and keep whisking the eggs. Whisk till egg whites are stiff.

*Now open your favorite magnum and using a palette knife smear the meringue on to magnum bar. Make swirls with the meringue. Now using a blowtorch caramelize the meringue. Garnish with silver warq and serve immediately.

That's not all it , below is an example what I made with my friends at the Magnum Masterclass.

Jogging is necessary for good health and style is necessary for good looks and we can't live without both of them.

So why not jog in style. For those who don't even Jog I don't think I need to tell them the benefits of Jogging, how it keeps you healthy, how it tones your body, how it regulates your metabolism rate etc because you already know that and still you guys are on your couch which means these reasons are not enough for you.Let me give you a different perspective towards Jogging which will motivate you to tie up your running shoes, pull up your track pants, put on your hood and Go Jogging ;)

Just have a look at the Jogging track of park or treadmill of your gym, you will see the flaunting of sweat wet physiques and figures dressed in a way which is not only comfortable but also temptation to your eyes without being vulgar. This dress-up will make you fall in love with yourself.

I am talking about Style. We are in modern era now, where style is no more about sticking to Leather jackets, rough burnt jeans and high ankle boots. Now every moment has got its own importance and so it demands special attention, you can't step out for jogging in your sleepers or pajamas or night suites because if you do so you have lost your moment, you have ruined your charisma before even building it. Charisma !!! You must be thinking that I am exaggerating but I am not because its not just about how comfortable you feel while jogging, Its also about the first thought that strike people's brain when they get your glimpse.

Want to create such charisma ? Come lets work for it .

Its really important for one to understand his physique before getting dressed up. If you are a person with heavy build up then never go for skin tight shorts and t-shirts, what's best for you is a light color loose 3/4th short or track pants with dark blend hood.

If you posses a tight and muscular body, the image shown below says it all. Wear a body fit t-shirt , cut sleeves will go great along with a loose short.

While selecting and outfit for Jogging one must keep in mind the structure of his thighs and shape of his calf muscles , if they are thin then please avoid wearing shorts, you must go for track pants like one shown below.

There is still a lot to discuss about your dress up for Jogging, specially about shoes. But for that just wait for my next post on Shoes.

Very well said with deep meaning in few words because no matter whomsoever you are a tycoon or a daily wadges employee, you can not lie to yourself.

Your body tells you the truth, tells you what exactly you are and what you are capable of. You are the only one who can raise the standard of your body, your health and trust me it repays back with interest.

Fitness is the accurate word that should be used and the aim to be achieved when someone thinks of improving his health. Fitness varies person to person and that's why one must be clear of what he wants and then proceed. Well this is quite complicated , What do you want to be and How you will be ?

I have tried to classify the fitness and described the mantra to achieve itSet your aim and go for it.

1. Lean and Tight

Its has never been a compulsion to have six or eight peck abs to be called as Fit. Lean and tight is the category for those guys who are not fitness freaks but don't want to be couch potatoes either. This is for those who have got a really tight schedule and its hard for them to go Gyming.
Yoga is your mantra guys. Its easy to learn and less time consuming.
The best feature of Yoga is : Your body revitalized and you can feel your Inner Strength reaching high levels, your immune system gets stronger , you feel fresh and full of positive thoughts.
All it needs is punctuality and 24 mins from your bust 24 hrs.

2. Athletic
This physique brings a lot of self confidence, you become flexible and adaptive to any environment because your strength is at high level. Here boosting up your gut level to accept any challenge and reach new heights is easy.
You have to be sporty by nature to achieve this level. Aerobics, cardio exercises and stretching exercises are must here.

3. Muscular
This is the most awesome level of man's physique. To achieve this 3D effect of Body you must include 3D's in your Life which are

1st : Discipline

2nd : Determination

3rd : Dedication

Once you have these three in your life, your journey to Awesomeness begins.

I personally believe that if you are in 20's then you must target for a muscular physique because its is the time when your body's metabolism rate is most optimized and you can regulate it with proper diet.
